Established – the company is established on 1 April 1932

Privatization  – The company is registered as a publicly traded company in 1992. Petrol Holding acquired 51% of the shares through privatization in 1999.

Line of Business – Petrol plc manages a chain of 450 gas stations

Market share – the market share of the company is around 19%.  

International activities – Since 26.10.06 the EUROBONDS of Petrol plc are traded on the London Stock Exchange, making it only the third Bulgarian company to be traded internationally.

Management – The company is managed by a Management board and a Supervisory Board
